1. How long can the Monti Coolers keep drinks cold?

An independent test conducted by Outdoor Life found that it took 55 HOURS for 7lbs of ice to melt, tied with the industry leader's backpack cooler (you know who we mean... did we mention their cooler is 6 TIMES heavier? So you can enjoy refreshing beverages throughout your outdoor adventures!

2. Are Monti Coolers lightweight and easy to carry?

Yes, absolutely! Monti Coolers are known for their compact and lightweight design, making them incredibly easy to carry. Whether you're hiking, camping, or heading to the beach, our coolers won't weigh you down.

3. Return policy: What is the Monti Coolers Guarantee?

The Monti Guarantee: If you would like a refund, simply return your cooler unused and in the same condition it arrived in within 30 days of purchase. 

If you've had a change of heart (it's completely understandable), or if you need to return an unwanted gift, please simply initiate a return or exchange in our easy return portal.  We're here to help with exchanges or refunds for unused items returned within 30 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping/handling will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method. All items must be returned in their original condition, including tags (if applicable).

Christmas Order Deadline: USPS says they can get anything shipped on or before Dec 18th to the continent US in time for Xmas. This means, if you can, order by the 17th to be safe. 2-Day Shipping should be safe if ordered by the 19th. 

Holiday Gift Return: Coolers received as gifts this holiday season can be returned unused until Jan. 25th. Qualifying gifts must've been purchased on Nov 1st, 2024, or later. 

4. How do I request an exchange for a defective or damaged item?

At Monti, we are committed to meticulous quality control, but occasionally an item may not meet our high standards. If you discover a defect in your product, or if you receive the wrong order, please send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a complete refund, which includes your shipping costs. 5. Questions about dimensions, capacity, or other product specs?

6. Are Monti Cooler leakproof? 

Yes! Monti Coolers are all equipped with a waterproof liner. Additionally, our zippers are water resistant. To ensure a tight seal of the top of the cooler, please be sure to utilize the roll-top functionality, like a dry bag. What about "sweating" or "perspiration"? Condensation is possible with any vessel containing items that are dramatically colder than the outside environment, particularly in humid places. If you live in a very high humidity area and experience a particularly hot or humid day and are worried about condensation forming on the outside of the bag, we recommend using Ice packs instead of ice.

7. How do I use the stuff sack? 

The stuff sack is built into the cooler itself! The exterior zippered pocket IS the stuff sack. Simply reach into the pocket, grab a big handful of the body of the cooler and start to turn the cooler inside out, pushing the body of the cooler into the inside out pocket you've created. The cooler's convenient stuff sack is seamlessly integrated into its design, making it easy to store and carry.
