Truth is, it depends on conditions(110 degrees outside or nice spring day), but we think of Monti as your "All Day" cooler. In tests we've conducted it kept temperatures ice/water below 40 degrees for over 30+ hours in a 70 degree room.

How do you use the stuff sack?
The stuff sack is built into the cooler itself. The exterior zippered pocket IS the stuff sack. Simply reach into the pocket, grab a big handful of the body of the cooler and start to turn the cooler inside out, pushing the body of the cooler into the inside out pocket you've created. The cooler's convenient stuff sack is seamlessly integrated into its design, making it easy to store and carry.

Which size should I get?
If you're unsure, consider the Shasta, as it is the most versatile.
The simplest way to decide is by looking at the capacity. The Shasta will never be "too big" because the roll top design ensures that it is compressed down to match the size of what you have inside it. (ie if you have only 6 cans in the cooler, you will roll the top down further). So really it comes down to your needs. Picnic with friends? Shasta. A simple bottle of wine and a few water bottles or a lunch sack for work? The Mayfly is perfect.
